The Eco-Kinetics Tracker is designed to provide a very efficient means of tracking Photovoltaic Panels
for increased output. The increased energy output from the solar array is a result of the increased efficiency of our Solar Trackers.
Our Solar Tracking devices can be used in all applications where there is a need to improve the output from solar panels, including housing, industrial and agricultural.
The thermal hydraulic ECO-KINETICS TRACKER is a totally new system of SOLAR TRACKING. The operating mechanism uses thermal expansion of a liquid as the motive force and can provide several hundred Kgf when operated at the safe working limit of the seals. Standard O rings are used for simplicity, reliability and cost.
The components used in our system are designed for long life and are simple and cheap to maintain.
Since the system uses the progressive increase of ambient temperature during the morning to noon rotational phase, the orientation of SOLAR Photo Voltaic Panels is maintained regardless of cloud and has rapid response during overcast conditions due to the inherent high thermal inertia of the design.
While there are some new technologies that improve the performance of fixed flat photovoltaic panels the industry is aware that tracking the sun by keeping the photovoltaic panels perpendicular to the solar rays is still the best way to improve the output of a Solar Photo Voltaic Panel.

Operating Benefits
The Eco-Kinetics Tracker system is motor less and uses no electricity. Instead, it uses a hydraulic system powered by the sun heating a fluid to create the pressure to drive the tracker. It is ideal for small installations, where spare current to run a tracking motor is a serious drawback.
The device works by absorbing heat from a combination of increasing ambient air temperature and direct solar radiation to provide an expansion of a liquid at a controlled rate. Increasing hydraulic pressure drives the mechanism until sundown when the liquid cools and contracts allowing gravity and a small spring bias to return the array to the morning position.
